- Gently shake the syringe, slightly twist white syringe plunger counter clockwise lining up the white peg to the clear groove & remove clear end cap. - Next push white plunger to apply a very small amount under your eyes on a cleansed face & then gently tap across the under-eye surface being careful NOT to rub once the product starts to dry. - Your under-eye area should be cleansed & free of other products, or serum soaked in before application of eye treatment. - Do not make dynamic expressions like squinting until treatment is dry (should dry within 2 min). - A cool blow dryer or fanning will speed the drying process. -Once dry, you may apply your cosmetics up to the outer border of the Superpower Under-eye Treatment. Do not apply any wet product over it, or you will have to wash away and re-apply. - Twist plunger back to locking position and replace end cap.
